A small guide useful for a relaxing and safe visit immersed in beauty.
Important: those who booked the visit must be on time (not late and not more than 5 minutes in advance of the booking time, to avoid crowds).
Obligatory mask from 6 years old
Keep a distance of at least 1 meter
Body temperature will be measured at the entrance. If the value is equal to or greater than 37.5 degrees, access will not be allowed
Wash your hands often and use the disinfectant solution you find in the devices
The cloakroom is temporarily suspended until new sanitary provisions
Furthermore, remember the usual visiting rules: helmets, backpacks, suitcases and bulky bags, animals, food and drinks are not allowed

TICKETS
With the purchase of the ticket for individual visitors, the audio guide / app is free and for children there is one designed especially for them! It is recommended that you bring your own earphones, however disposable earphones are available at the exhibition
• 16 € – Open/ gift: it is possible to buy an undated ticket, usable on any day and opening time until the end of the exhibition. The ticket can be given as a gift. Available only online and at the call center

REDUCTIONS
• 12 € – Reduced: visitors aged 18 to 26 and over 65, the handicapped, the military, the police not in service, holders of the annual Musei Civici Milanesi card, Club Skira members and other affiliated categories
• 10 € – reduced Musei Lombardia Card owners and Soci Orticola, ticket for guided visits for individuals on Saturday and Sunday
• 6 € Special reduced: Journalists with ODG card with stamp of the current year not accredited by the press office and other affiliated categories
• free for children under age 6, licensed tourist guides with identification cards, journalists accredited by the press office

SPECIAL 2×1 FRECCE TRENITALIA
Cartafreccia holders with a ticket for the Frecce, in digital or paper format, with which they reached Milan (at a maximum of three days before the visit) by paying a full entrance, will be entitled to a gift for a companion, valid for immediate entry into the exhibition
SPECIAL OFFER FOR TRENORD SUBSCRIBERS: 1 CARD, 2 REDUCED ENTRANCES
Trenord ticket holders in possession of a single “IO VIAGGIO” card with the Trenord logo, currently valid, will be entitled to a € 2 discount on the entrance ticket to the Exhibition (€ 12 instead of € 14) with the possibility of extending the reduction to one of their companions, making an express request at the time of purchase at the ticket office of the Exhibition, and showing a valid identity document.

GUIDED TOURS GROUPS AND SCHOOLS
Guided tours for school groups : 90€ – 110€ in foreign language (currently suspended)
Guided tours for adults:
110€ – 130€ in foreign language
Except for primary schools, a microphone set and personal headphones must be used for guided tours. This service is included in the cost of the guided tour.
Use microphone apparatus for groups, guidelines:
Duration of guided tours: 75 minutes
Groups with exhibition-provided guides: radio-microphone included in cost of guided tour. Visitors are advised to use their own disposable ear sets (classical round, diameter 3.5mm) otherwise they will be obliged to purchase disposal ones: single set 1 €, double stereo set 2 €, when booking with the call centre or at the exhibition ticket counter.
Groups with their own guides: the guide may use his or her own radio-microphone.
If not, it is obligatory to reserve one with the call centre when booking for the group; in such cases it is advisable for all the members of the group to use their own personal ear sets (classical round, diameter 3.5mm), otherwise they will be obliged to purchase disposal ones: single set 1 €, double stereo set 2 €, when booking with the call centre or at the exhibition ticket counter.
